Pandyan Grama Bank Recruitment 2013 - 131 Vacancies for Officer & Assistant Notification regarding 131 posts with the Bank was issued by the same. Posts are offered for Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Cadre, Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II) and Junior Management (Scale 1). There are 07 posts for Officer Scale – III. 14 posts are being offered for Officer Scale – 11 (General Banking Officer). 05 posts are available for Officer Scale – II (Information Technology). One post is there for Officer Scale – 11 (Treasury Manager). 04 posts are being offered for Officer Scale – II (Agricultural Officer)    100 posts are open for Officer Scale I Pay scale is different for officers of different categories. Officer Scale -1 is eligible for Rs.14, 500 – 25, 700. An agricultural officer can be getting anywhere between Rs.19, 400 – 28, 100.    Eligibility Criteria Different qualifications and different age limits are applicable to different candidates applying for the posts with Pandyan Grama Bank. Age criteria Officer Scale – III should be from 21 to 40 years. Officer Scale – II (Information Technology) should be above 21 years and not above 32 years. The same applies to Officer Scale – II (General Banking Officer).  Officer Scale I : 18 - 28 years Qualification criteria Graduates from any stream of education can apply for the bank posts. The candidates are required to be proficient in the local language. A post graduate in marketing can apply for the post of Officer Scale – II (Marketing Officer). LLB Degree stands well with an applicant who is applying for the post of Officer Scale –II (Law Officer). Selection process     During the selection a candidate will be chosen according to the performance of CWE given during the month of September / October 2014. Selection will be carried out by IBPS.
