Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to hold the Combined All India Open Examination for which the Online applications sre invited from the eligible and desirous candidates for the recruitment of various posts of Junior Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) in various Departments, under the Govt of India.

Eligible candidates may apply through online application formprovided.Candidates must register them online by submitting the dully filled application proforma provided with mentioning all required details in relevant field latest by Mar 26, 2014 for Part-I Registration and Mar 28, 2014 for Part-II Registration.

After successfully registration, candidates must retain the registration number assign to them and the details of payment for the future use.Staff Selection Commission will hold an open competitive examination all over the country for recruitment to the given posts on May 25, 2014..

Starting Date of Online Application : Mar 01, 2014
Closing Date for Part-I Registration : Mar 26, 2014.
Closing Date for Part-II Registration : Mar 28, 2014.
Tentative Date of Written Exam : May 25, 2014

Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on performance in Written Test & Interview.
Written Test consist two papers

• Paper -I : General Knowledge,General Awareness, General Engineering.
• Paper -II : General Engineering

Candidates those will successfully qualifies in written examination will be called for Interview.

Application Procedure

Fees-> Application Fees is Nil- for Woman / SC/ ST and Rs. 100/- for Gen/ OBC .
Fees Payment->Application Fees can be paid through Bank challan / Net Banking of State Bank of India.
How to Apply->

1. Interested candidates may apply online through prescribed application format provided in official notice.
2. Candidates are required to register themselves for the Part-I Registration latest byMar 26,2014.
3. For Part-II registration candidates must register themselves on or before Mar 28,2014.
4. After registration make payment of fees at any branch of SBI by fees challan on or before Mar  28, 2014.
5. Shortlisted candidates must reach to their examination centre for written exam on May 25, 2014.
6. After successfully submission of online application form take a printout ofapplication form and retained himself for future use.
7. No need to send any hard copy to the commission.
