Bank has invited applications from candidates to fill vacancies on posts of Officer Scale I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). There are 40 vacancies for Officer Scale-I and 157 for Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Each posts have reservation for categories SC, ST and OBC.
These all 206 vacancies are subject to other reservation rules as mentioned in notification.

Selection of candidates will be made on basis of Interview. Merit list of candidates will be prepared according to Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE and interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview in 1:3 ratio. Interview Selected candidates will work as probationer for a period of 24 months in case Officer Scale-I and 12 months in case of Office Assistant.
Candidates need to fill online application form available on www.uttarakhandgraminbank.comwebsite from 12-03-2014 to 28-03-2014. Applicants should take printout of application fees chalan and deposit fees amount in any branch of Uttarakhand Gramin Bank in correct account numbers (92197001016 for Officers & 92198001015 for Office Assistants). After depositing fees amount of Rs.100/- (for unreserved category) or Rs.20/ (for reserved category) candidates can proceed withonline application form filling. During whole recruitment process, it is advised to candidates that they should keep their email id in active position to get information from bank.

- Age as on 1-07-2013 should not be more than maximum age limit 28 years. Relaxation in age to reserved category candidates (SC/ST -5 Years, OBC -3 Years, PWD -10 Years etc) will given as per government rules and as given in notification.
- Along with graduate degree from any recognized university or institute, candidates must have obtained TWSS of CWE conducted in 2013. Candidates should ensure that they are eligible to apply by comparing cutoff on TWSS for each posts. Cutoffs on TWSS for Officer Scale-I is (88 & above – reserved category, 95 & above – unreserved category). For Office Assistant it is (95 & above – reserved category, 98 & above – unreserved category).
